hook up
Unless otherwise stated hook up is charged at £15 per night, this must be pre-booked via email only to [email protected].
Hay/haylage
HorseHage High Fibre and Ryegrass can be bought in to pick up onsite for your arrival, please email [email protected] for more details.
stabling
Unless stated otherwise stabling is charged at £30 per day and there will be one bag of bedding per stable. All stabling must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. Additional bedding can be pre-purchased for £10 per bag. These must be pre-booked via email only to [email protected].
additional horses
Additional horses are charged at £40 per day per horse and we will provide one pen. Stabling can be booked at an additional cost. This must be pre-booked via email only to [email protected].
penning
We ask that on leaving you remove all muck/hay from your pen so that it is ready for the next guests.
Parking/Camping field
We ask that you remove all muck and hay.

Terms and Conditions for Guy Robertson Horsemanship Clinic
1. Acceptance of Terms
All persons attending this clinic/lessons, whether participating or as a spectator, do so at their own risk. The Organisers and Landowners do not accept responsibility for any accidents to persons, their animals or property. Entries accepted & admission granted subject to these conditions
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to sign this form. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on behalf of the participant. Participants must have prior experience handling horses and must be physically capable of participating in the clinic.
Only those booked onto the clinic/event may attend due to being limited on numbers unless under 18 years of age then a parent or guardian must be present at all times.
3. Horse Requirements
Participants must bring their own horse, and it must be healthy, well-behaved, and up-to-date on vaccinations and veterinary care. The clinic organisers reserve the right to refuse any horse deemed unfit for participation due to health, behaviour, or safety concerns.
No stallions on group session.
4. Liability Waiver
Participants understand and acknowledge that riding and working with horses carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, death, or damage to property. By signing this agreement, the participant agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Guy Robertson, the clinic organizers, and any affiliated personnel from any claims, liability, or legal costs arising from injury, accident, or damage incurred during the clinic
5. Insurance
Participants must ensure that their horse is fully insured for public liability and that their own personal accident insurance is in place for the duration of the clinic.
6. Health and Safety
All participants must wear suitable safety gear, including but not limited to an approved riding helmet, appropriate footwear, and gloves. The participant agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines set out by the clinic organizers. The clinic reserves the right to remove any participant who does not comply with these safety standards.
7. Deposits, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are taken to reserve your place on the event, these payments are non refundable and non transferable. We market events sometimes up to a year in advance, if you book onto one of our clinics please make sure you are able to attend. Cancellation by participants will still require a full payment - unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. No refunds or transfers.
8. Behavior Expectations
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the clinic. Any disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior by the participant or their horse may result in immediate removal from the clinic without refund.
9. Photography and Media Release
By attending the clinic, participants agree that photographs, video, or other media taken during the event may be used by the clinic organisers for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.
Strictly NO RECORDING devices are to be used, you may be asked to leave the venue & delete the footage.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The clinic organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance of the clinic.
11. Acknowledgment
By attending an event, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined above.
